Welcome to the Linden Ladies’ Golf Club!
Whether you are a new member at the club and not sure what is available to you, or you have been a member for some time and are unsure or even a little bit apprehensive, we are here to extend a very warm welcome. All levels of players, from beginner golfers to seasoned players are encouraged to join in.
The following is a list of playing opportunities open to all players:
APRIL thru SEPTEMBER
• 18 Hole Ladies Division: Tuesday mornings with tee times beginning at 7:30am – 9:00am. Ladies preference during these times. The first Tuesday of each month is a scramble which starts at 8:00 am with lunch following. $3 charge.
• 9 Hole Ladies Division: Thursday mornings with tee times beginning at 7:30am – 9:00am. Many of the 18 hole ladies play both Tuesday and Thursday and will continue on to play a second (non-competition) 9 holes.
(You are not required to participate in the daily competition to play golf with the Ladies.)
If you wish to participate in the competitions, costs are:
• Tuesdays 18 Hole Division: $40/year
• Thursdays 9 Hole Division: $30/year
• Both days: $60/year
We have also included a summer group that will play with us June–August, cost $30 (for those who have the summers off).
All competitions are low-keyed, challenging at times, but fun.
• PSWGA – Open to all players with a handicap of 36 or less. It is a wonderful organization that includes 7 private clubs in addition to Linden. A sweeps tournament is held once a month, plus a 2-day championship held at the end of the season. For a $15 annual fee to join and just $50 per sweeps event, you get to play a beautiful course that would otherwise not be available to us, with lunch and snacks included. A different game at each sweep, with 3 divisions. They are a lot of fun and anyone can win.
• LADIES NIGHT – Play golf in a fun, low-pressure environment with a 9 Hole Scramble on Thursday nights, June through August. Starts at 5:45 pm, cost $10. Following the scramble we have a $20 dinner, which is optional, prepared by some our partners.
