Latest Operations Update

**Last updated Tuesday, May 5th**

GUEST POLICY

Please be advised that no guests are allowed for the time being.  Normally we love our members sharing the course with friends, but right now our focus is on accommodating member demand and reducing outside contacts.

SOCIAL DISTANCING & CLEANLINESS

All members are required to observe social distancing protocols while on club grounds.  Please stay 6 feet apart, avoid frequently touched surfaces, and wash or sanitize your hands regularly.

TEE POLICY

Starting out we will operate on an open play basis all week to accommodate member demand.  Member play will be administered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Members wishing to play need to check in at the window and will be added to the queue.

Take appropriate action to avoid gathering.  You are allowed to use the practice areas within 30 minutes of your tee time.  Please return to your car if you have more than 30 minutes to wait.

Please note — The queue will continue uninterrupted and turn groups will not be given consideration.  Our first priority is making sure that we provide the opportunity for as many members as possible to enjoy the course.  Staff is authorized to institute a 9-hole only policy as needed.  If no queue exists you are welcome to make the turn.

Golf course opens at 7:30 AM daily, except 10:00 AM on Mondays.

GROUPING POLICY

No more than two households per tee time.

POWER CARTS

Members are restricted to one rider per power cart, unless playing with a minor or member of household.

Due to reduced capacity, we ask members to consider walking if you are able.  Please think of those who cannot play golf without the use of a cart.

ON THE COURSE

The flagstick must remain in at all times and players should avoid touching the flagstick for any reason.  Benches, rakes, sand bottles, and ball washers have been removed or temporarily decommissioned.

Cups will be modified in some fashion so players can avoid reaching into the hole to retrieve golf balls.

Garbage cans will not be available on the golf course.  Members are encouraged to be self-sufficient and properly dispose of garbage when leaving the course.

Players should leave immediately upon completion of their round to alleviate congestion or gathering.

BUILDINGS & BUSINESS

For the time being, the clubhouse and club storage rooms will remain closed.  Breezeway and course restrooms will be available.

Pro Shop will be open for purchases under the following conditions:

  • 1 person in the shop at a time
  • All beer/liquor purchases will be charged to your club dues.
  • All Pro Shop merchandise purchases will be conducted using your credit book or electronic invoice.

Dues payments:

  • No cash accepted at this time.
  • Checks should be sent via USPS mail whenever possible.

Credit card payments should be made via phone.

We will update these policies any time the Governor’s directives change.
